New Rings can be exchanged for a different size, free for the first year.
New rings can be exchanged for a different size or stone after the first year for $12.00 plus $5.00 S&H 

I got the wrong size and/or birthstone.
During the first year, exchange is free. Only pay $5.00 S&H. Mail your ring by regular mail to the Warranty Department below.  For out  of the U.S. it is $25.00 for shipments in most cases.outside the US unless .   Indicate the correct birth month and/or information such as the exact size3 or "one size larger or smaller".  Please check the SIZE ESTIMATION CHART first to be certain the desired size is available.

I want a different metal/style of ring than the new ring I just purchased.
You must contact me for the cost on a ring made out of Gold.  I will quote a price based on the number of stones and the grade of the Gold.
